The 2017 Scarborough Afro-Carib Fest is a two-day fun filled event for people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Organized by the non-profit organization, Heritage Skills Development Centre (HSDC), guests can enjoy food, live musical performances, and activities that highlight African and Caribbean culture. This event will take place on Saturday August 26th and Sunday August 27th, inside the Albert Campbell Square, located at Scarborough Civic Centre (150 Borough Drive, Scarborough, ON). The festival begins at 12 P.M. and ends at 8 P.M each day.

We are offering the entire family a fun-filled weekend and the chance to experience the richness of the cultural fabric that makes up our community. There are many exciting activities lined up for youth, adults and children. Join us to enjoy tasty cultural cuisine, live musical performances, dance competitions, visual exhibitions/art displays, dance workshops, face painting for kids, games and much more!
